At the Relief Zone, our vision is for Chrisitan faith to be so interwoven into the fabric of our community, that it colors our children's entire lives.

Jump Start

is a partner program with the Frewsburg Central School District. Parents are able to drop their children off at TRZ after 6:30 AM where they are engaged in before school activities.

When the JUMPSTART program ends, the Frewsburg Central School District provides busing of the JUMPSTART program participants from TRZ to school. JUMPSTART follows the school calendar and works closely with the school district to meet the needs of children and families.

We currently have 85 children registered for the program with an average of 45 children participating daily, and we expect these numbers to rise as the program develops and continues to operate. There is a $2.25/day fee for this program. Scholarships for students unable to attend due to family financial circumstances will be provided in cooperation with the SCC United Way.

This program also includes a ½ Dayz and Dayz Off Program component. Based on the fluctuations in the Frewsburg District calendar, parents are faced with challenges to find care for their children on ½ days and full days off. This program was designed to meet those needs. We serve an average of 16 children per day with this initiative.

Mission Statement
The Relief Zone Community Youth Center, being based in Biblical Christian values, seeks to help youth build relationships with one another and unbelieving friends, by reaching out to unbelievers, sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ, by ministering to them and helping them grow in Christ. We seek to enhance the lives of the youth in our community through programs designed for spirit, mind and body.
